Get it, Girl!, a new player in the nutritional supplement industry, relies on personal experience and scientific research to inform their simple product line. For Trudy Samuelson, a two-time breast cancer survivor, supplements allowed her to maintain her energy and protect her body from toxins, both during treatment and as an active survivor. It has been a three year research and development process for Get it Girl. "Disease prevention has been the number one target of R & D; due to my personal and family history with cancer, this is my passion and where I want to focus. While the two women acknowledge the challenges of being a small start-up in a competitive industry full of corporate players, they are optimistic about their future.
